Your order will be delivered to the email address associated with your Paypal account.  Reviews and Critiques are typically delivered within 2 business days from the date of the order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 4pm CST will be processed the following day.

To cancel an order you have placed, you must contact customer support by email (info@averyford.com). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been processed. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has been processed, meaning that work has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
